Dumpster Sizes:6, 10, 15, 20, 30, & 40 Cubic Yard Roll-Off Container sizes.

Upon checkout your credit card will be charged and you will receive a confirmation email.


Roll-Off Dumpster/Container Rentals: Customer agrees to the price, rental period, and weight coverage charges listed for each size dumpster rental. The rental includes one dumpster drop off, one pick up and disposal of waste material to transfer station in FL. If customer wants the dumpster returned or switched out for a small roll-off container then they will be charged again the origional amount depending on dumpster size and waste material going into the dumpster. Customer understands that if they need to cancel a dumpster, it must be cancelled prior to 4:30PM the business day before delivery or Pelican Trash. will charge customer a $250.00 fee. Any other type of cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled. Pelican Trash. cannot guarantee a specific time dumpster will be delivered and is not responsible for lost revenue, financial loss, and rental fee if the dumpster/container in not picked up or delivered on time or on the requested date. Please note: Pelican Trash will do everything in our power to satisfy you because dumpster service is our business in FL. Pelican Trash. reserves the right to reject any order. Customer agrees and acknowledges that they have given Pelican Trash permission to deliver the Roll-Off Dumpster to the dumpster rental location.


Property Damage (Driveways, sidewalks, lawn, etc.): Customer warrants that the right of way from the location of the container to the most convenient public way is sufficient to bear the weight of all the Contractor’s equipment and vehicles. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surfaces in the area where the container is located of any route traveled by Contractor’s vehicles in the performance of the service. Customer holds Pelican Trash and its employees harmless of any damages done by company trucks, driver, or container, and further agrees to be responsible for any damage or injuries while container is under customer care. Please note Pelican Trash will make every effort to protect your property our employees are highly trained and have many years of experience in dumpster deliver & pick-up in Florida but as you know we are not responsible for any damages as stated above


Recycling In Florida: The customer acknowledges that it is the law that mandated recyclable materials be source separated and recycled by generator and those acting for the generator. Generators include residents, schools, office buildings, businesses, restaurants, shopping centers, medical facilities, government buildings, recreational areas, construction sites, etc. If any fines are imposed on Pelican Trash. customer will be responsible for payment and all legal fees associated with violations.


Dumpster Loading Instructions and Additional Fees 

Railroad ties are accepted but need to be cut in 4 feet lengths. Non acceptable items are listed below. Extra charge for each tire found in load ($25/ea.). All containers must be loaded below the sides. If materials are loaded above the sides, additional charges will be incurred. Weight limits apply as noted, additional charges will be billed separately for each additional ton. Customer agrees and authorized Pelican Trash to bill customer credit card for additional charges as appropriate per ton. If the dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up because a vehicle or junk is blocking entry them customer must pay a $250.00 trip charge fee even though dumpster was not picked up or delivered. Customer acknowledges that dumpster will not always be picked up automatically at end of 10 day rental period. if dumpster exceeds the 10 day rental period there will be a $15.00 per day fee charged to customer till picked up


Customer is liable for all damages to the roll off container while on job site or rental location. Cost of damages will be charged back to customer. Customer accepts full responsibility for contents of roll off Dumpster and agrees to additional charges if unacceptable materials are put into the roll-off container.


Customer acknowledges receipt and delivery of a container from Pelican Trash. Customer agrees that it will not load the container with more than 40,000 lbs (20 tons) of material. Customer further agrees to indemnify Pelican Trash against all loss, claims and damages caused by loads in excess of 40,000 lbs., specifically including but not limited to overweight vehicle summons issued against Pelican Trash as a result of loads in excess of 40,000 lbs. Customer agrees to pay all fines, court costs and reasonable attorney fees in connection with defense of such summons


Customer warrants that the waste or materials delivered to Contractor hereunder will not contain any hazardous, toxic or radiographic wastes of substances as defined by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and will not contain any material which poses a present or potential hazard to human health or the environment. Contractor shall acquire title to the waste materials when loaded onto Contractors vehicles: provided however, that the title to and liability for the waste materials excluded from this agreement shall remain with Customer and Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless contractor against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons of loss of damage to property of the environment arising out of breach of the warranty stated above. The warranties and indemnities contained herein shall survive the termination of this agreement.


Non Payment: In the event Customer refuses to pay Contractor for the services rendered, Contractor reserves the right to remove the container from the Customer’s premises and to empty the container of all contents before removal. In the event of nonpayment, Contractor shall not be responsible for any costs associated with the cleanup of material emptied on the premises. Customer understands that all attorney, court and collection fees as a result of non payment or bounced checks for insufficient funds will be charged back customer.
